How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
You can see the estimated arrival day at check out. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Standard shipping within US & Canada typically takes up to 5 days and other countries takes up to 10 days. Please note there is always an EXPRESS Delivery option at check out to get your order quicker.

How Do I Return My Items?
At ZIBOO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, you can log-in to Your Account where you can find your previous orders and submit your return request or alternativly contact us at info@ziboo.com. How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?
To determine your size, we recommend referring to our Size Chart, which can be found on every product page. Simply click on the "Size Chart" button located next to the product description, and you will be able to view detailed measurements and corresponding sizes.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
